To your friends, we wish to say take it easy. Rest. It is time for a break. Now you may not believe you have time for a rest, but there is a way and you will find it because it is important. How you rest is up to you. Not everyone needs the same type of relaxation. It’s important right now to take time for yourself because the collective is relying on it. The more you look after yourself, the more you give to everyone around you and to the entire planet.

Can we offer some guidance? To truly be in a state of rest means to release tension from your body. Allow the mind to drift away to a place of play; to a time or place which makes you feel joyful and peaceful. If you cannot physically be somewhere relaxing, create the space in your mind. It provides the same relief you need.

For the next half of the year, we recommend getting prepared, emotionally. Be with your own guides as they reach out to you. You have an entourage of Angels working for you. If you converse with them, it will be much easier to find out the next step to take. Your guides love helping and it’s their reason for being here. Get quiet and hear the encouraging words. Whatever pops into your mind is right for you. If it’s loving, uplifting, supportive, fun, and happy, these are words from your guides. Listen and do not doubt that these words are for you. As you practice, you’ll be able to separate your thoughts from the guides’ advice.
