The Love of Family

Our words for all today have to do with the love of family. We know this topic isn’t on your mind much, but it’s one that is coming up a lot as people are brought closer together in the pandemic. All across the world, families are pushed together and made to look each other in the face. There may have been no eye contact for years for some, and now here they are, face to face, with no idea who their family really is!

The family is your connection to the Divine. They are your first connection before you awaken to the source inside of you. You are bound together for a cause. Regardless of age or personality, you are in a pact and you have agreed to work this out together and help each other through.

Your people around you are your resources. Even if you aren’t able to be together physically, texting and speaking virtually does also provide the connection you need. Sharing your stories, even the most mundane, allows that connection to be made. It allows you to move your focus directly to them and vice versa. In the sharing of energy, you obtain new perspectives and you have more compassion as you do so.

Be open to each encounter and reflect on those you weren’t so engaged with. Take from the energy more than the words. Feel what gifts they’re trying to send to you. You might be surprised in the ones you don’t believe will have something to show you.
