Feel emotional pain and allow it. Dont be anangry with it. Be understanding and compassionate with yourself.
You do not need to hurt.
You get to decide how you react.
You have the ability and mastery to accept it, love it, see the lessons in it, and then let it go.
There is no judgement.
Treat it like joy: You are understanding and compassionate with yourself when you are happy and you don’t judge it.
It’s all energy showing you something. It doesn’t have to be labelled happy, sad, painful, joyful, etc.
Allow, feel, accept, release.
