I Knew All Along

I’m in a shift; moving into a realm outside of the constraints of form, time, and the story that I am this person.

I don’t have a life; I am life.

I have no past or future.

I am.

I’m the heart and there is only now.

It’s all a lucid dream.

I didn’t know it before.

Now that I know, I can choose what to do in the dream by feeling the highest joy and then lifting that up more.

 

A child's rhyme stuck in my head.

It said that life is but a dream.

I've spent so many years in question

to find I've known this all along.

Row your boat.  Life is but a dream.

It was always right there.

Drop the oars, leave the boat, and dive in.

No swimming.  No effort.

Just lay back: eyes closed, no life jacket.

Surrender.
