Loving the Whole Self

It’s so exciting to feel the bliss of love!  Ecstasy takes over when you find the true love of the self.  The self and all of its parts are here within and sometimes buried deep inside the heart.


You stop fighting the strong emotions and they are then allowed to breathe.


You release judgement about them; there are no good or bad emotions.  They’re all friends and they just want to be seen, thanked, and set free.  They’re doing a service as you feel them.


You are shown the truth in what has been blocking you from exploring your joy.  


Realization brings in gratitude and gratitude lets them go.


You love yourself as feminine and masculine and the wholeness feels orgasmic.  


Your human self begins to match the higher vibrating versions of both of these parts of you: the higher self.


You hand over the keys and let the high version of you take the wheel while you enjoy the sights.


It’s a new type of release when you give over control to this divine version of you.  


Trust turns into knowing and the heart opens to give and receive.
