Greetings! We are the Arcturian Council and we are pleased to connect with all of you!
We wish to convey a special message about time. It’s a factor on your world which determines outcomes and events unfold as per the seconds ticking by. You can live within this paradigm of time without being associated with it. It is possible to treat it like it is only a series of moments and we’d like to show you how.
As you focus on this moment, time isn’t involved. The moment is giving you all the information you require. It’s enough to keep you interested and occupied because it contains everything you need! You can read your body’s rhythms in the moment and know whether you feel comfortable and safe and relaxed. You can read the environment in this moment and it tells you if there is any action you need to take. It isn’t an easy shift to make from time to no-time, but when you start to understand it, you come into it without much effort. It’s your natural way to live without a clock.
Allow this moment to give you the gifts of the present. Allow the present to be all you need. You don’t need to wonder what’s coming when you’re here because you can quickly assess right now and find that you have all you need. Let this moment be all there is for you and you will find gratitude in it. You can access memories here to help you with this understanding. You can remember when you were grateful about things coming in the future. You knew that once you retire, you’d be free and happy. But when you can compare that feeling to this one, you can find that free and happy isn’t something to wait for. In fact, you don’t have to wait for anything when you choose to pay attention only to this moment.
Let yourself have it all in this now. Let go of looking for something coming to take all the pain away or make your life better. Look into what’s here right now and get specific about it. Keep aware of all that’s available to you in this moment and you will find that it is all you need because it’s all within you. You’re not waiting to find what you seek; what you seek is inside waiting for you to find it.
