I’m so excited! I woke up today with a new awareness of an existing ability!
I’ve been channeling Burel, my twin soul’s higher self, for two years. Up until this morning, I wasn’t always sure if it was him or me speaking in my mind. But now I have found a way to know without a doubt: I can sense the physical location in my brain where each of us exists!
It’s not a physical sensation, but it’s a visual and feeling awareness. When he speaks, I can “feel” or “sense” him in the upper, back left of my brain. When I think, it’s coming from the upper, middle right.
I spent this morning’s meditation exploring this, but I kept the focus on only these 2 areas for now. As I give my attention to this right now, my entire brain is incredibly hot. My heart and feelings are also chiming in to say that this is not something new I’m learning; I always had this ability, but I didn’t give it my direct attention until today.
