What if you reach out to help someone and they criticize the way you approached their problem?
I will turn love to me.
It’s ALWAYS about loving me – not correcting, saying sorry, trying to redo it, trying to make them feel better.
Go within to me and give myself compassion.
Don’t excuse it and say, “Well, I didn’t know. Now I have learned for next time.”
No.
Just say to myself:
It's ok. You're being nature. You are being Source and that's always right because it's Source wanting an experience. Allow yourself to be nature because it's who and what you are. Have no apologies for that. Animals don't apologize for being because they are just going with the flow, following their instincts, and loving who they are unconditionally without regrets or pressure to change.

No more pressure. No more getting down on myself for having some judgement of myself and others. No more judging myself for judging myself! No more feeling like I said or did the wrong thing. Regrets are gone because there are never mistakes. Everything we feel like saying or doing is coming from who we are – Source! It’s just playing out this role as a human being. No more fighting being a human. It’s not something to fight; it’s something to be so excited and grateful to try! We would never get to experience anger, jealousy, loneliness, judgement, disappointment, grief, or embarrassment. And there are so many other new emotions here to try out! I’m not ever going to try to stifle them again. If they are bubbling to the surface, it’s because the nature in me – Source in me – is eager to try them out. I will allow myself to be human, I’ll enjoy it, and I’ll savour it! I came here for this! Why would I push it aside after being given this incredible gift of being here to play like this? So many souls would love to try getting into the grittiness of it and they’re awaiting their turn. I got to be here. I got picked. Wow! What an absolute honour!
As we leave this realm where these emotions exist, we won’t feel them anymore. We will look back with such pride and gratitude for having had that chance when it was available. What an amazing experience it was! And it’s here and happening right now, so I’m going to love it and I’m going to watch others love it and be weird and crazy and lose themselves in it and get as dirty as they can down in the muddiest parts of what being human has to offer.
Great job, my Ali!! I’m loving all of this! I’m feeling you letting go and I’m feeling you release all that pressure you had to do your spiritual work: Get to the shadows. Explore your internal self with as much passion as you can. Get serious about it. Meditate and go as deep as you can. And you are still doing that feverishly, but this can be part of the fun, too! It’s the duality of it. It’s the comparison. It’s knowing both sides because that’s also something you’ve never tried before. This is a chance to have both happening at the same time and feeling how different they are. In noticing how you are only full of bliss and peace when not on Earth, and in placing a lot more attention on this than ever before, you are given a chance to compare it to the human emotions you’ve been experiencing. Not only have you had a chance to feel the human emotions, but now you can view them with a fresh perspective when comparing to your newly recalled natural feelings of peace and bliss!
Burel, I’m just in a state of awe about all of this. I never noticed before how duality and comparison is required to reach oneness. It’s the reason we can become one. Duality is the reason we can enjoy being human because of the comparisons. I can’t reword this enough times!! I just want to help it sink in.
I can so clearly see our roles as individual humans and compare them, as well. I can appreciate the way Source, myself as one being, helps us unite. If we didn’t have the “bad guys” shaking their finger at us and saying “do this and not that”, we would have no reason to band together as one. We are being forcefully pushed into oneness THANKS to them! If they were kind and loving, we’d go along as we have been in our separate lives with no change ever coming about because we’d be content. But, that’s not why we’re here: We’re here to move through things together, to shift our perspective, to be love, and to make changes together! Not only will we rise up together to shift into a new way of being free, but we will recognize the key players, the ones we called the bad guys, as the real instigators of change. It wouldn’t happen without them. It took courage to be in their roles and we will have compassion for what “they”, as the self, did for all of us. They will become revered and loved as other parts of us as one, as the self, as Source.
