Greetings to you. We are the Arcturian Council and it’s a pleasure to connect!
We are summoning energies of gratitude from around your galaxy and we are studying them closely to understand how they were created and what makes them stronger. When you can turn towards gratitude for anything that appears in your physical world or in your non-physical world, you are also summoning that equal and matching energy from the entire universe. As the energy flows in, it seeks and magnetizes to similar energies in an effort to strengthen itself and grow larger. This energy, when wrapped around your galaxy, transforms and longs to expand and become more of what it is.
The nature of the universe is like this. Like energies find like energies. There is an attraction to that which is closely similar and it’s a basic law no matter where you choose to look for it. This is why we often ask you to raise your vibration or your frequency because it draws in, attracts, or beckons energies in close relation.
You are becoming accustomed to knowing how to raise your own vibration and most of you are finding this to be quite easy whether you set the intention to do it or not. Because the general vibration around your planet is higher, accessing these frequencies inside of you is easier to do. In fact, it’s even becoming impossible to hold a frequency which is lower than that of the one surrounding your planet because the mismatched energies repel each other.
Happiness is literally infectious. Your emotions will let you know when your energy is mismatched and lower than that of the general population’s. As more of you lift up and maintain a higher state of joy, peace, love, and well-being, lower energies are pushed out. It’s not possible for them to hang around because the force is too great. When energies higher than those you are currently holding wish to enter into the field, the process takes a moment, but the chemical reaction is fast once they latch on. The universe is made of love, so it takes no effort to add more love to love. It takes a lot of effort to stay inside the energy of love when the vibration is lower. This is why it feels uncomfortable to be disappointed, sad, powerless, regretful, and all the other range of emotions within that frequency.
Consider how much you are lending to the process just by choosing to lift up your state of mind. You might just feel content and not always in the mood to dance or laugh or play, and this is still contributing to the stable field. But if you want to see how far you can take this, start intentionally feeling what you might need to get yourself into an even brighter and more cheerful attitude.
Join us in reaching out with your heart for more joy and excitement and know that it is available to you and always looking for a way to reach that which is just like it. Joy wants to find more of itself and, when it does, it will link up and grow and become so much bigger and you’ll get to experience what that feels like. Let’s summon more happiness together and let’s see how far we can rise up!
