Hello our neighbours and greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. It’s a pleasure to connect with you!
Here we are and we come with warm greetings and thanks to you for receiving us as energy. We are grateful to have this ability to connect to you because it isn’t so easy when we are in different dimensions. Sometimes we can come through in your dreams and we often do give you messages around you in your physical surroundings with songs and numbers or other signs, but to be able to directly communicate and share our words is such a joy for us. We love to share our perspective on things and we love to show you the way we perceive ourselves as members of this whole united mass-consciousness we are all a part of.
There is a constant message we receive from you and it’s about concern for the well-being of the planet and life on the planet. We see you spending moments feeling concern for the water and the air. We feel your heart’s despair when you worry about the animals’ welfare. It’s your nature as a human being to feel compassion and love for the planet and all who reside upon it with you. Humanity has a deep connection because you are all in the same dimension together. You’re all in the same boat and yet the way you view what’s happening on the boat is up to each of you individually.
When we walk with you as an individual and ask you what you are feeling, we are able to understand the way you are choosing to perceive your world. It starts on an emotional level, and then the heart shares its opinion, and then the brain sometimes likes to chime in. We’d like to offer a suggestion and it’s to listen first to what the emotions and heart are saying before letting the brain rule over the conversation. See what your emotions have to say. Sadness might well up and, before the heart has a chance to speak, the brain will tell you your heart hurts. Your brain doesn’t know what your heart feels and this is just a habitual pattern which is one you can break.
If the message comes quickly that your heart hurts, this is one you can ignore. We can assure you that the heart never feels emotionally hurt about anything because it lives in a realm of trust and cohesive connection to the universe. The soul you are is incapable of feeling hurt and the heart is the direct link to the soul. Listen to it and it will guide you and show you how to release the pain you believe you are feeling. It will show you that you have the option to shift your focus to what is working and flowing and full of promise and love in your world. You can decide in an instant to put your attention onto something which lifts you and fills you with inspiration. Find your power and notice what little effort it takes to make this choice. We know that the first time you have success, you will be filled with excitement and you’ll even look forward to the next challenge so you can try it again!
