Greetings to all. We are the Arcturian Council and it’s a pleasure to connect.
We have been coming through in this way now for quite some (of your Earth) time and so you are becoming more comfortable with connecting with us through channels and the words they lay down for us. We are able, with considerable ease, to relay our messages in this manner and it gives us a sense of tremendous gratitude and joy. To have the ability to reach you and share our energy fills us with inspiration and pride in ourselves, but mostly in you. You are doing this of your own will. You weighed different options and came to the decision to choose to communicate with us and receive from us and even take what we have to say to heart. It was all of your own free will and you didn’t have to listen to us or compare our own experience to your own, but you did and we are so grateful. We are happy to give you examples of what we have gone through in our own ascensions for you to compare to your position. It gives us great pleasure to share and help and we can’t thank you enough.
Sharing what we are going through with others is a great way to learn, but it also brings many other benefits along with it. Through words, you share your energy. Others give you their words, and you receive their energy. On a subconscious level, there is a communication happening and it goes beyond the physical form of language you know so well. You are sharing what you might refer to as "codes". There are agreements being made upon first contact and planning is happening consequently while you continue to converse. The energy inside each of you decides how best to support, push, or pull the other energy to help it to advance and ascend in the best and easiest way.
Sometimes it doesn’t feel easy when your interaction with another is pushing you to see something hindering you which you are holding onto too tightly. It might be perceived as bullying or rudeness, but if you trust in this energetic process occurring below the surface, you can move your awareness in the moment and understand how this friction is required and how your energy asked for it. You asked for help to release and this is how the energy responded. There are no mistakes here and no blame to be cast. It’s always necessary to thank the other for delivering whatever energy you needed in the moment because it’s always delivered as agreed and exactly as your own energy asked.
Be thankful for all exchanges you’re able to have with other beings of energy. No matter what it might look like or feel like and no matter what human judgement wants to come up in defense or anger, take a breath and just have a look inside at what the energy is really after. There is something divine going on here and with a little understanding and honesty, you’ll see where you are clinging to a heavy, old energy. It only wants to be released and so it will call upon any means necessary to make this so.
