Greetings to each one and all. We are the Arcturian Council and it’s a pleasure to connect.
We are not made up of any substance, but you can say that we are made up of one feeling and it’s the feeling of love. This feeling is so broad and covers a vast expanse of other descriptive emotions like romance, affection, admiration, compassion, and bliss. When attempting to describe love, the heart is often referenced. The heart throbs or aches; it gets full or it glows bright red. The expansiveness of this small, four-letter word covers feelings all the way from passionate romance to the warmth one feels for a parent or child. Love is everywhere and not difficult to find. As more of you meditate as part of your daily practice, you are exploring this word and everything that comes along with it. You are finding that you can apply all the feelings of love toward yourself and this is the truest love of all.
It isn’t only that you are exploring the love between yourself and others, for yourself, toward animals and nature, but it’s also about finding love in places you didn’t look before or didn’t expect to find it. As you open up your perception and raise yourself into new frequencies, you’re able to see how vast love is. It extends beyond the frame you put around it before and it can be witnessed in actions and words delivered by those you hadn’t considered.
Love is the substance from whence the entire universe came, so there isn’t one place or object where it does not exist. We expect you to challenge this statement and we do hope you will give it some of your attention. The discerning heart can sense love in all people and things and it can see love acting out accordingly: Love only has one agenda and it’s always to spread itself around and further its reach. It wants to expand and be bigger and broader and to touch more than it ever has. It reaches out in mysterious ways, but we know that if you give this some consideration, you’ll begin to expand your perspective just as love is expanding itself.
We know we don’t have to provide examples for you to dig into, for you are already aware of the places you aren’t so eager to look upon in search of love. We know you have the capability to access your creative mastery and use your heart to witness love in its very extreme forms. Your heart is the essence of your soul and the origin of your existence. Your heart is love and it’s you more than any other representation of self or ego you have come to know.

Consult with this essence of yourself on all matters and experiment with the different ways you react to situations happening around you. The heart is never in conflict or struggle and that’s because of its inherent wisdom. You are your heart. This wisdom is you. If you feel a sense of struggle or conflict, turn into this most real part of you and you’ll find the calmness, stillness, comfort, and peace you thought was lost. A simple turning inward will give you all the answers and it will always give you solace and relief. Practice going here and feeling the way the heart feels. It won’t be long before you are only able to perceive gratitude, joy, and abundance in everything you encounter.
