Hello! Greetings, lovely ones. We are the Arcturian Council and it’s a pleasure to connect.
Where we are now in relation to where you are isn’t defined by location. There is really no “where” to speak of. As consciousness, you can say we are everywhere, but then that is also not true unless you are living within the belief that there are distances to travel and a vast, widespread cosmos to perceive with the mind. If you remove the idea that there is a here or there, you can access what it is to be consciousness. It isn’t a place; it’s an existence. To exist doesn't mean occupying any space. Even space doesn’t exist; it is fabricated by consciousness for the sake of understanding itself.
Consciousness may also be referred to as “love”. Love has an undying desire to know itself through and through and then to get to know itself again. It is constantly revisiting and reviewing what it has perceived itself to be based on some prior experience. Upon review, it is always perceived anew. Through its own growth via all the different ways it chooses to know itself, it is then able to perceive a previous-held belief under the cloak of this new sense of self it has just attained, and so on.
This is essentially how expansion occurs: As you grow and become something new, your ability to perceive becomes something new, as well. For this reason, we like to remind you regularly of previous revelations. We let you uncover for yourselves this understanding about looking at what the revelation provided you with before vs. what you feel it can give you, now, in this new moment, where you are a fresh and new being of consciousness. Who you are in this moment is brand new. It might look the same to you, but experiences you have lived through and felt with deep emotion have shaped your set of beliefs into something different. Trauma shapes you sometimes, but so does enlightenment.
We wish to show you that all experiences are beneficial to growth. The labeling of them is one level of growth which will help you to perceive them all as supportive and enhancing of who you are. If you can drop the label on what the situation is presenting to you, you will view it as a welcome assistant. You can all relate by recalling an incident which taught you something about yourself and the way you approach life. You can all pick both a good feeling and a not so good feeling memory which helped you to change and grow. In fact, it’s often more difficult to recall the good feeling agent of change because it didn’t impact your emotions so deeply. Bliss and joy are your nature as a soul, but opposing emotions are not, and this is why they stand out.
If you must label your emotions, label them as "helpers". If you start doing this, you will notice that you won’t push any of them away and you won’t allow any of them to cause you suffering or trauma. As soon as you greet them with kindness and question what they’d like to show you, they ease up. Let them in because it’s the fighting of them which causes the most trauma and that’s the memorable sort of impact we don’t wish to see you endure anymore.
Embrace what you feel and this becomes your power. When you accept yourself with all the feelings and emotions as part of that package, you encourage that existing power within, you harness the energy, and you learn to play with it like the Master you are. Your true superpower is choosing the way you label and perceive your own emotions. It takes no training to unleash and not one has a special gift of owning this power: It’s within each one of you and already accessible without any special activation or download. All it takes is your attention and willingness to use it.
