Greetings, loving ones. We are the Arcturian Council and it’s a pleasure to connect with all of you.
Our words are for you in their rudimentary form. We are using your language to best express what it is we wish to convey from our heart; the centre of the universe’s love. We only speak from within this heart centre in all incidences. We know not how to speak from outside because we have no ego or brain to take that function from us. You, however, have willingly brought this challenge to yourselves. You wished to delve into the interplay and exchange between what the brain offers in thought to what the heart offers in love. You wished for it to confuse and be cause for question, because you knew this would be one way to find your way back to your heart; back to the centre of the universe where you live as the source of consciousness.
The first challenge when recognizing that the heart has the ability to provide input and formulate expression is to not put up a fight. Your immediate reaction may be to fight the brain and shut off the thoughts, deeming them evil and false. It’s a common and understandable reaction because it’s as though there is something to blame, now, for having your heart hidden from you for your entire life.
There is nothing to fight when allowing the heart to speak. It’s a natural flow because it’s the true essence of yourself. You are connected to your entire family of Earth through the heart and it does feel wonderful to receive messages from within this space and to also speak and express with this new wealth of love within yourself. It isn’t about fighting the brain to be quiet and let the heart speak; it’s more like giving the heart more attention and letting the brain chatter on as it pleases. This is nature, too: Whatever the brain’s comments are about what is happening between you and your heart is just it being nature. Gently allow the brain to be by holding it in the heart’s love like you would for yourself or any other being.
The next challenge to this is to see yourself as one self while recognizing all of these separate parts of you as the individual. Add to that the challenge of recognizing yourself as an individual, but also as one with the whole human collective, and it’s also no wonder you find confusion. But this is also another chance to recognize that confusion as a gift. Without it, you wouldn’t have the questions you do. The questions lead you to answers about your true self which is a whole and complete consciousness lacking nothing and knowing only abundance.
It's nature to struggle and find confusion, but the choice you made to do that can be appreciated more when you see the reasons. Consult your heart for the answers and you’ll find only love and simplicity. The heart doesn’t complicate matters and it always feels like ease and peace, so this is how you’ll know when you are giving it your attentive focus.
