You are holding the light and you are radiating the love to all of those you perceive to be external.
If I know we are all one, then why do I see others around me? Why are they represented externally?
They are aspects of you whom you haven’t given love to, yet. They’re showing up to be loved, so don’t run away and don’t be afraid of them.
How do you know if someone is asking for love? If you can see them, then they’re asking!
Look at them.
Know they are you.
Give them love whether you do it directly or not. Just see them inside of your field of awareness and recognize what they’re showing you. They appear separate until you include them as part of you.
And remember, you're first.
Yes, you can see others and it means they want love, but it doesn't mean you must feel burdened to give it to them.
Just have concern for you right now and always.
Until you can love all aspects of you, these others will be there in representation of what, inside of you, is being ignored.
Only pay attention to what is asking for you within, in the moment, and give that part of you love. It isn't for you to tackle all at once; love what is being shown in the moment and you're on your way!
