Hello to all on this dawn of a new age. There is much to be offered, felt, and spoken within the energy we deliver in our messages. There is much for you to sort through by way of your body’s senses and the senses you hold as a non-physical being, as well. It’s becoming more commonplace for you to be aware of your newly-awakened senses which have historically been referred to as psychic sense or the sixth sense. Your ability to tap into what is being delivered in energy isn’t so esoteric. If you believe it is, then it might be more of a challenge to access it, but if you can understand that it’s simply another of your regular functioning senses, then it becomes as natural as breathing.
You don’t believe you’re giving breathing any effort, but in fact, your body is subconsciously handling this for you. You’ve become so trusting of your body to carry on this function that you can even fall into a deep sleep without any concern whether breathing will continue. It’s out of your mind because you’ve given it over to the subconscious. The sixth sense can be this natural and subconscious and already is, in some respects. You get a “feeling” when someone is coming up behind you, or you’ve had moments where you predicted something before it happened. Instincts, hunches, and feelings of knowing are your doorway into allowing the sixth sense to work for you.
Deciphering our energy is not a chore. Release the idea that you must do something, practice, or awaken a sleeping ability. Let it be natural the way you breathe. Be aware of it as one of your body’s functions. Release the idea that your brain is needed for channeling our words and, instead, feel them. There is a place inside of you where you can feel a song or the love from your pet and you know it very well. You get warm and comforted and thoughts of past and future go away. You are present to only this moment and you’re taking in the feelings that come along with it. Sense your own consciousness this way. There is love there and warmth in the moment and it doesn’t involve any thinking to feel, know, and sense it.
Whenever you want to become consciously aware of this sense, tell yourself in your mind, “I love you”, and describe how it feels. Repeat it to yourself many times and focus only on what the words mean and where they impact your body the most. Practicing reaching this natural sense you’ve always had isn’t necessary because it is brought up in a moment and doesn’t need strengthening or refining. But you can never give yourself too much love and you can never sit with this feeling sense inside of you too much, so do it often and enjoy it because all of consciousness is with you in these moments and is always awake and alive. When you focus on that sense, you are joining the whole universe in chorus for a song of love to you.
