Hello and welcome. All hands on deck. Not one is without a role in this ascension mission. We are with you and guiding you into your role. Let your mind be open to what it looks like. You might not be expecting it, but then as you come into realization about what it is, it might also feel like the most natural thing because you know you picked it. You know why you signed up for this mission and it’s just coming back to you. This might not ever reach the mind; the remembrance might only be intuitive, but that's enough. Move through your world on instinct and you are following your soul’s plan.
The divine plan of your soul feels mysterious when perceived with the mind. Let this all be intuitive and feel it. These words meet the mind first, so they want to stop there, but they are intended for your knowing heart. You know what love feels like and this is also not for the mind, but our words here are the best we have as a doorway to your heart. We are speaking to you, the soul and the higher self, and this one is listening intently and understanding every word because it feels vibration and love within the words.
Take an opportunity to rest your tired minds, sweet ones. Lay them down regularly and let your automatic functions take over. The energy of caring for yourself, mentally, is being delivered, abundantly. This energy isn’t just coming from us; fellow humans are pushing this, in urgency. Look after yourself first and you will be looking after the whole world. We are one united body of love, so caring for you is the best way to care for all. If each one cares for the self, then all selves are cared for equally because we are all parts of One Whole Self!
Logic like this is also for the mind, but it’s often a good way to open to the inner you we seek to reach. Turn off the mind, turn within, and turn up your light! Amplify the volume of love you give yourself, as often and as much as you possibly can. We can care for all the parts of us like this and it’s so easy. You know yourself best and therefore you know what you need, to feel loved and cared for, better than anyone else could.

Start here and make loving you the priority.
