Beloved angels and friends, here we are together. This moment is the one and only and we are here for this joining of our hearts and our love for who we are, as one. In unity, we stand with you and hold all of the burdens that weigh heavily on you. Let us lift them for this moment so that you can feel your lightness. You are filled with light and therefore, you are lighter. You can let yourself float and feel the lifting as you unload the weighted anchors of trauma.
Loving angels, we know that walking through your trauma can feel like a land of confusion. We know that some haven’t even stepped into this land out of fear, but fear is one of the traumas you will encounter in your land. To walk in and face them lets them be free. Imagine being free of them and imagine what you might do without needing to lug all of the extra baggage with you everywhere you go. Imagine yourself lighter and brighter and, when you do, you gain the courage to step inside and look at what is holding you down.
It is our honour to take this journey inward with you. We are excellent navigators and guides for this because we can show you how to tame your emotions. You can take a detached position and look objectively at the root cause of the trauma without being overwhelmed and frightened off. When you find out why you hold certain limiting beliefs, your self-compassion amplifies and you are able to heal. You can see, as well, that nothing has happened to you, but it has all happened for you, thanks to you. You brought each and every experience for growth and discovery so that you could know yourself as love, once again.
Let this be a suggestion for now, if you are not quite ready. Let it be an idea that crosses your mind and entertain some scenarios regarding how you’d like it to go. Know that you aren’t alone in any endeavor and your team of guides is equipped with many tools they want to share with you. They are with you for your every thought and they will show you encouragement when your thoughts lead you to a higher vibration and brighter way of life.
