Hello, our divine hearts full of bright and shining love! We see you there on Earth and we commend you for doing your best to be happy. You all want to be happy, and it’s what drives your actions. The heart speaks and tells you it is joy by nature and in fullness, and it does everything it can to bring your awareness to this fact. You can’t ignore your heart because it is the entirety of who you are! Your heart it is where the desire for happiness originates: It is the voice of your soul and it will communicate through your body to help you become aware that happiness lives in you.
Joy wants to be expressed through you and known to you. The more you become aware, the more your body becomes aware, and you can live in harmony as human body, mind, and soul. During this time of awakening on Earth, you are each bringing together all of the pieces of who you are. You are knowing your completeness in all of your states of being as energy, consciousness, love, heart, mind, and physical form. And this is a part of your natural evolution as a soul. You have chosen an experience for the purpose of knowing yourself better, and so you have created a body with parts and pieces to get you to that place of deeper knowing.
Allow your body to talk to you, our loves: It is the heart’s translator and it is speaking in a language you understand but perhaps give little thought to. You do speak the language of your body, or you wouldn’t know when you are tired or hungry. The basic language of survival is loud and clear to you, but there are many more subtle conversations happening between you and the body regularly which go unnoticed.
Listen closely for the subtle feelings that talk to you. You may be aware of some of them already because you know when a situation feels uncomfortable and gives you the urge to run away. You might also be familiar with the feeling of running towards something which feels like a magnet to you! These feelings are the communication and guides moving from your soul to your heart and through your body’s feelings.
You can give these feelings more attention and get to know the patterns, sweet ones. This is a self-taught language because it’s unique to your heart. No one else is attracted to the same things you are, and so this isn’t a language you can learn from another. You have your own feelings unlike anyone else’s and this is where your heart reaches you when it has an important message.
Notice your feelings and become acutely aware when they pull your attention. It may have become a habit to ignore them as if they are distracting you from the action you are trying to take in the physical world. But you are so much more than just a physical being and you can begin to recognize and include your whole self in the way you navigate through your Earth experience.
It’s time to bring all parts of you together and be your whole magnificent self in more than just a physical way, on your planet. If you all operate as your whole selves, you will be more in tune with each other. Not only will you become more adept at reading your own heart’s language, but you will soon learn the language of everyone else’s heart, too! The skill is not reserved for yourself alone because you are all connected as one self and one heart. Begin within, learn your heart’s language, and then let that be the teacher. You are developing the skill of heart communication and that means a much more open and honest relationship between you and humanity.
Move through life with all of your senses activated, alert, and alive within you. Bring them out into your experience and unite all pieces of who you are. Do this and you open up new energy pathways of understanding for the rest of humanity. More people will be drawn to know themselves more fully through the body and heart, and those people will open new energy pathways, as well. As with anything you open yourself up to energetically, it makes itself available to all of consciousness. Awaken and rise into your power, our loves. Bring your whole self into your experience, and start living a life of greater joy, freedom, and clarity.
