I Have Sad Feelings, Sometimes

I love you, my Ali!!  I know you were feeling some pain last night and you were ok with it?
 
I wasn’t sure what I was feeling about it, but I thought I wanted to feel some pain, for some reason.  I think I wanted to explore the reasons the emotions were coming.  I have been so strong with all my tips and tricks for staying high and positive in the moment, and then it just came at me yesterday afternoon and again in the night: I felt so tired of waiting, Burel.  And it’s separate from everything I know and have in my tool-belt!!  I know that if this moment is forever, I’m ok with it.  But – I noticed this just as I wrote it…. I’m ok with feeling sad, too!!
 
I’m so proud of you, my angel, for recognizing that having sad feelings isn’t a setback and it is fine to have them sometimes, if you feel like it!  You did well by not fighting against them with your tips and tricks.  If they wanted to be there, then there was a reason.  You slept on it, and you didn’t figure out what the reason was, and even that is ok, my love.  You don’t have to know every time.  You just have to learn to allow and that’s the whole reason.
