The Keys to Channeling

Hello, our beloved angels.  We are with you.  We are here and we are your guides, family, and friends!  It’s a pleasure to join this way and to be asked to come through like this, in the practice of channeling.  The technique is ancient and there are many methods to reaching the inner-most part of you where messages like this await your conscious awareness.  People have used the physical world to connect, such as Ouija boards, automatic writing, dowsing, pendulums, and crystal balls, amongst many others. 
 
There are levels of consciousness available within you at any given moment and you may access them by any means necessary and effective for you.  Regardless of the method, there is very little brain activity required and more vibrational energy needed.  You may get into a deeply relaxed meditative state and become almost trance-like and then feel the inside of your body.  Bring your focus inward and remark on the systems and functions going on.  Focus on the fact that you are alive and let every aspect about being alive come into your thoughts. 
 
Yes, we said the brain plays only a minimal role in channeling, so it doesn’t mean you can’t think while you do it.  Release pressure to shut the mind off; it can be alert and active while you also tune into the body and energy within you.  Comment as much as you want about what you are finding because the comments will guide you to places within where the feelings are more conducive to a spiritual connection.  Whatever comes to you is meant to come.  Your comments and ideas might feel like they pop in without reason, but let yourself realize now that when this happens, it's called “channeling”. 
 
Let go of doubt, our loves.  If you are relaxed and turning your attention to your inner being, then this is your most receptive state.  Information coming to you while you’re here is deeper than anything you can think while you are focused outwardly and disconnected from your inner self.  Just allow whatever message might be there, even if it is only one word repeated, or an image, sound, or feeling.  It is all arriving because you are giving it your attention, and it isn’t more difficult than this.   
 
The keys to channeling are to allow it to be what it is, and to enjoy it!  If it isn’t fun and relaxing, then you can start over or come back another time.  Be playful as you explore within, and use your divination tools, if it suits you.  As you explore different ways of reaching your inner-wisdom, fairies, galactic collectives, angels, and the like, jump to your side with excitement to assist because this is their specialty!  All the forces of love surround you and guide you in support of your internal endeavours, so you are in divine company here.  All you need is to be playful and explore and this is your nature, so we have full trust that you will channel your own love right through and into your conscious, waking life.
