took a moment last night and I felt our heart here in me. I haven’t really just sat and felt it for a
long time. I like to give it my
attention. I want more of that, my love.
We can do that as much as you want, angel. Yes, even when you’re tending to
life-matters.
Yes, I find it hard to focus on the heart when I’m doing “human”
stuff. Human. In the heart.
None of that matters!! My heart is IN my human!! So, heart IS human! I don’t need to separate
them. My love.
Angel, you are onto something here! To move into the heart isn’t leaving the
human behind. You are still being human
WHILE in the heart! You can be in the
heart while being human. MERGE THEM,
Ali. Human is heart. Heart is human. You aren’t two, angel.

We love every moment of your discovery as consciousness! WE love that you are using your experience to
know yourself, because when you do that, we all know the self as one
heart. We love to know the self THROUGH
each of you, our loves. We love to
realize the many sides of self, and to say “many” is definitely an
understatement because our sides of self are infinite. The sides of who we are keep building and
growing into more sides with every discovery in every experience whether
individually or collectively.
As we
explore the realms of consciousness, moving in and out of physical form, we
gather new sides of self, and we gain new awareness of these sides. So, not only are we knowing more about who we
are, we are creating more self as we do it, and this is expansion. See us as love expanding in and out like lungs, coming in
for close inspection and then expanding out as we grow from that
inspection. This process is a constant
breathing of consciousness, and because we are eternal, it continues to expand
with every breath. Our love is limitless
and the space for our love to expand is infinite! This freedom to breathe feels like space and
potential!
Our creative fire is fanned
every time one of you discovers more about yourself. You feed the fire of your collective with
your own discovery, and then your collective feeds consciousness, and the
breath out occurs. When you become
introspective again, we breathe in and dive into more a more detailed study of
self. The cycle is infinite, so there is
no hurry, and there is no pressure to do this inner looking and expanding. You have all the time in the universe,
angels! You may relax and feel the
freedom of being eternal. Consciousness
isn’t waiting for you to breathe in or out; it only asks that you ride the
wave.
Set yourself free and release now, loving ones. Consciousness isn’t just you and it isn’t
relying solely on you. We are a
collective with some of us doing the heavy breathing at times, and some of us
laying down to sleep at times. You fit
into this spectrum of action and inaction, and your being will guide you when
it’s time for a rest or when it’s time for excitement! Your soul may go through a long period of
rest, or it may feel like exploring in heated passion for eons! It’s all acceptable to consciousness and in
fact, it’s all necessary for consciousness!
The way you feel relates directly to what consciousness is asking of you
in the moment. Heart is human, human is
heart, and we are all consciousness.
